Schererville Soccer Club Coaching Clinics
To support our volunteer coaches, we offer pre-season coaching clinics designed to help you prepare for the soccer season. These clinics are open to all coaches, assistant coaches, and team parents.
Led by professional trainers from NextGen, the clinics will cover techniques for running effective practices. You’ll learn how to structure a practice with activities such as warm-ups, drills, and cool-down exercises. The sessions will also provide insights on working with youth players and how to create engaging and educational practice sessions.
These clinics are tailored specifically for Schererville Soccer Club members and aim to enhance your coaching skills and boost your confidence. We appreciate your dedication and understand that you may not be soccer experts, which is why we offer this support.
Dates for the clinics will be announced a few weeks before the season starts. Please keep an eye on your email, and remember to check your spam folder just in case.
Please remember all positions in SSC are volunteers from he board members to the coaches. They generously donate their time and expertise without compensation. The only paid roles within our organization are the referees.
Many of our volunteers juggle full-time jobs and family responsibilities, which means they may not always be able to devote 100% of their time. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to create the best possible experience for our players and families.
